At PstyLust Studios, each item is made to order with care and creativity. We stand by the quality of our products and want you to love what you wear. Please review our return policy below.

No Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind or Incorrect Size
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. Please refer carefully to our size guide before ordering. If you notice a mistake before we have started production and contact us (Support@PstyLust.com) then we maybe able to modify this but it is not guaranteed.
Return Eligibility – Faulty or Incorrect Items Only
We accept returns only if your item:
- Arrives damaged or faulty
- Is significantly different from what was ordered
  Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos.
Return Process
If your return is approved:
- We provide return instructions
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Upon inspection, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Shipping Address and Size Change Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address and size selection provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
If you notice a mistake quickly after placing your order, contact us immediately — we may be able to update the shipping address or size before fulfillment begins, but this is not guaranteed.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or fees. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in purchase price or shipping fees.
